All packages are shipped from Warminster, PA 18974 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Free shipping option is available for orders over $100 within 48 contiguous US states.


International Orders

All prices are listed in US Dollars. All international customers, except Canadians, are required to have Bongo account. Please review warranty info at info.html#warranty before placing an order.

Shipping cost to Canada is $34.99 regardless of total sum of order. If the actual shipping cost exceeds that amount, we inform the customer about necessity to apply additional shipping charge. If the customer does not agree, we cancel the order.


Sales Tax

We are located in Pennsylvania and required by law to collect a 6% Pennsylvania State sales tax on orders delivered within Pennsylvania.


Return Policy

We accept unused merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days since the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price minus shipping charges. All items must be returned in unused condition in original packing or refund will be refused. 15% of the tackle cost fee is charged, if original packing is absent or damaged. Used tackle are not acceptable for exchange or refund. Mail returns to:

We recommend to use trackable methods of shipment for all returns, e.g. US Postal Service delivery confirmation. We do not carry responsibility for the lost packages.


Warranty

Only orders shipped within the USA are covered. During warranty period (1 year) by request of foreign customers we provide at no cost parts for repair. Shipping cost is paid by customer.

Warranty period for Balzer rods and reels is 1 (one) year from the shipping date, if any claims caused by the quality itself. We provide free repair service or free spare parts or free replacement of defective tackle or refund of the tackle cost.

Only for the USA customers, during warranty period shipping charges are refundable in both ways one month after the sale, if the tackle is defective. We refund cost of return shipment via UPS Ground, USPS Priority and First Class Mail.

To ensure proper and immediate service in the defective tackle shipment must be included:
- Description of the defects and circumstances of their happening;
- All broken parts;
- Address and telephone number;
- $7.00 payment by check or money order to cover back shipment of repaired tackle, if defect happened after the first post-sale month. We will provide information about the status of repairing process. We guarantee to repair or to replace the defective tackle in the shortest time.

The following situations are not under our warranty:
- If the tackle was not delivered by P&S Fishing Tackle;
- If the tackle was damaged by improper use;
- If the tackle was damaged by bad maintenance.


After Warranty Service

When the warranty period is expired we provide after-sales service only at the customer expense. Please, contact us for free repair estimate.

Product Use Disclaimer

The fishing tackle we present in our web site must be used exclusively for fishing.

Our rods are produced from high-density carbon - perfect conductor of the electric current. We strongly recommend not using it as poles for antennas, flags, etc. Fishing is prohibited with the distanced less than 300 feet from the electric lines. Fishing must be immediately stopped when thunderstorm is approaching.


Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances P&S Fishing Tackle maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. P&S Fishing Tackle shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims related to the products it sells, which exceeds the liability limit. P&S Fishing Tackle shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not P&S Fishing Tackle is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
